Settings - Service Area
In this article you will learn more about the 'Service Area' section in the 'Settings' menu of the YourDriverApp Web Portal.
In the Service Area menu you can setup your service area and use this to limit bookings outside of your active service area.
Start setting up your service area
To define your service area, start by checking the "Limit my service area" box.
Unchecked: If the box is unchecked, customers can book any address through the Web Booker, as long as there's a price configured for that route.
Checked: If you check the box, you can define a specific area on the map. Bookings will only be allowed if either the pickup or drop-off address falls within this designated service area.
Create Service Area
You can fully customize your service area by drawing directly on the map. To make setup easier, you also have the option to let the system create an initial area for you.
After checking the "Limit my service area" box, search for an address to use as the center of your service area. Then, specify a radius around this address. The system will use this radius to automatically draw the area on the map.

On this screen, you can fully adjust your service area by dragging points on the map to match your exact coverage area.
