In this article you will learn more about the 'Cancellations' section in the 'Settings' menu of the YourDriverApp Web Portal.

In the Cancellations menu, you can configure how to handle situations when a driver assigned to a drop chooses the cancellation option in the YourDriverApp mobile app.

Passenger no show flow

Here, you can set the action to take when a driver reports a "passenger no-show" from the app. The available options are:

  • Auto approve

  • Auto Approve after x minutes

Driver sends canceled by passenger

Here, you can select the action to take when a driver reports a "job cancelled by passenger" from the app. The options include:

  • Auto approve

  • Auto Approve after x minutes

Driver requests unassign:

Here, you can define the action to take when a driver reports they are unable to take on the job. The options are:

  • Auto-approve

  • Auto-approve after X minutes
