The questionnaire feature lets you attach questions to any ticket type so you can collect specific information from attendees at checkout. For example, you might ask VIP ticket holders whether they'd like a complimentary beer or wine, or add a text input question to all ticket types asking for each attendee's favourite artist.
You can add two types of questions: multiple choice or text input. There's no limit to the number of questions you can add per ticket type, and attendees are required to answer every question before completing their purchase β so you're guaranteed a response from every ticket holder.
Viewing Questionnaire Responses
To view the responses collected through your questionnaires:
Navigate to your event or experience from the dashboard.
Click on the Breakdown tab.
Switch the view from Orders to Questionnaire.
You'll see a complete list of all responses submitted by attendees for that event. Each response is linked to the attendee's ticket purchase, so you can easily see who provided which answers.
Exporting Questionnaire Responses
If you need to work with your questionnaire data outside of YourKind, you can export all responses directly from the Questionnaire view. This is useful for tasks like preparing event logistics, analysing attendee preferences, or sharing data with your team.
To export your responses:
Navigate to your event or experience and open the Breakdown tab.
Switch to the Questionnaire view.
Click the Export button to download all responses.
