ZayZoon receives information on your earnings from your payroll system to calculate your available balance on an ongoing basis every day.
If you're not seeing your wages or repayments, you may need to refresh your app/page.
How do I make sure my Account is up-to-date?
You can refresh your app or web page to make sure you're looking at the most updated data on your account and your wages.
To refresh your app, drag downwards on your screen. We recommend using the ZayZoon mobile app for the best experience. Get it on Google Play or Download it on the App Store for iOS.
For the desktop site, you can click the refresh button on the top left corner of the page to refresh your web browser. Alternatively, you can press Control + R (or Command + R).
When will I see my new paycheck with my deducted repayments ZayZoon?
Your newest paycheck will update on the official pay date listed on your paystub.
Deductions payouts you have taken during that pay period will show as repaid on of shortly after your official pay date.
