I'm not receiving my One-Time Passcode, now what?

If you are requesting your One-Time Passcode to text and you have not received it within 15-20 seconds, please try to re-request it to your email.

I received more than one passcode, what do I do?

Always use the most recent code you've received by phone or email as the older codes expire as soon as a new one is sent.

I'm not receiving the phone verification code, now what?

The One-Time Passcode to verify your phone number is usually received in less than a minute.

If you have not received your code after 15 minutes, please try these troubleshooting steps:

  • Check that the phone number has been entered correctly.

  • Move to a place with sufficient signal in your home network (do not use roaming).

  • Check if your mobile device is valid and working (able to receive other text messages or calls).

  • Check to see if your phone is set up to block 1-800 numbers and other spam-type services. This is common with many T-Mobile, Metro PCS, and Sprint customers.

    • To unblock 1-800 numbers, dial 611 and request that Shortcode Blacklist be removed from your account.

  • If you're still stuck, let us know what troubleshooting steps you've already tried by starting a chat through the chat bubble on the bottom right corner of the website/app or in an email to zayzoon@support.com.

I pressed "Don't ask me again on this device for 30 days " but I'm still being asked for a One-Time Passcode

If you checked this box but are still being asked for a One-Time Passcode, here are some possible reasons why:

  • Cookies are not enabled on your device

  • Cookies were cleared on your device

  • Your browser has been updated or you are on a different browser

  • You are using incognito mode on your device

  • The 30-day duration has passed

I have a new phone number. How can I get my One-Time Passcode?
