Before you start:
Please, make sure you have access to your new phone number.
Be prepared to verify your identity using your old phone number or other means of verification.
Steps:
Open the Bitnob app on your device.
Log in to your account.
Tap the profile icon on the top right end of the app.
Navigate to My Profile under the General section of the settings.
Tap the Edit icon beside your existing phone number
Input your Transaction Pin.
Tap Confirm.
Input the 4-digit OTP sent to the email attached to your account.
Tap Confirm.
Enter your new phone number.
Tap Confirm.
Input the 4-digit OTP sent to your new phone number.
Tap Confirm.
Once your new phone number has been verified, your old phone number will be removed from your account.
