Why did my redemption request fail?

Understand the common reasons your Pickem redemption request may not go through and how to fix it.

Updated over a week ago

Redemption requests in Pickem may fail for several reasons. Here are the most common ones:

Playthrough not completed

  • Sweepstakes Coins (SC) must be played through before they become redeemable.

  • If you try to redeem Pending SC, your request will fail.

Minimum not met

  • The minimum redemption is 100 SC.

  • Requests for less than 100 SC cannot be processed.

Location restrictions

  • You must be physically located in a state where Pickem is available.

  • If you submit a redemption request while in a restricted state, it will be blocked.

Verification not complete

  • Before your first redemption, you may need to complete ID and face verification.

  • If your documents are missing, unclear, or expired, the redemption will not go through.

Payment method issue

  • If the bank account or payment method details you provided are invalid or do not match your verified name, the redemption will fail.

What to do next

  1. Double-check that you’ve met the 1× playthrough and have at least 100 SC Redeemable.

  2. Make sure your verification steps (ID + face check) are complete.

  3. Confirm your payment details are correct and belong to you.

  4. If everything looks correct and it still fails, contact Pickem Support with details of your request.
