When you redeem Sweepstakes Coins (SC) in Pickem, your request will go through different statuses. You can check these anytime in your Transaction Log under Account Settings.
Pending – Your redemption request has been submitted and is waiting to be processed.
Canceled – Your redemption request was canceled. This may happen if you requested the cancellation while still pending, or if it was invalid due to issues like incomplete verification.
Confirmed – Your redemption has been successfully processed and approved. The funds will be delivered through your selected method.
