Your Redeemeable balance is the portion of that total which has already met the required playthrough rules and is therefore eligible to be redeemed for prizes.
Total balance: Includes all SC in your account (daily rewards, promotions, winnings).
Redeemeable balance: Only the SC that has gone through the necessary 1× playthrough requirement in eligible games.
Until your Sweepstakes Coins meet the playthrough condition, they remain in your total balance but will not appear in your Redeemeable balance.
