How Redemptions Work on Pickem

Pickem offers three redemption methods: Card, Bank Transfer, and Pickem USD Wallet. Below is a quick breakdown of what to expect for speed, fees, and processing.

1) Redeem to Card (Fastest)

Best for: Instant access to your funds.

  • Push-to-Card is the fastest option.

  • Typical delivery: Instant (in most cases).

  • You can redeem directly to your debit card.

  • You can also use push to Apple Pay to complete your redemption (coming soon).

2) Redeem to Bank Account

Pickem offers three bank speeds. Generally, faster = higher fee:

  3. Standard (1–3 Business Days)

    • Lowest fee

    • Timing can vary depending on your bank's processing times and holidays

3) Redeem to Pickem USD Wallet

Best for: Instantly funding your Pickem USD Wallet to rip Packs.

  • If you're eligible, have a sufficient balance, and your account is verified, you can instantly redeem Sweepstakes Coins (SC) to your Pickem USD Wallet (Cash).

Important Notes

Pickem USD Wallet redemptions

Redemptions to your Pickem USD Wallet are irreversible. Funds redeemed to the Cash wallet are subject to a 1x playthrough requirement — meaning they must be used to purchase a Pack before any winnings become withdrawable to your debit card.

Security checks

All redemptions go through a security review.
If a redemption triggers a security flag, Pickem may pause the payout until it's verified.

Fees can vary

Redemption fees may vary depending on the method and speed selected, and other factors tied to the redemption request.
