How do I cancel my redemption?

Learn if and how you can cancel a redemption request in Pickem’s Social Casino.

Once a redemption request is submitted in Pickem, it usually begins processing immediately. Because of this, redemptions cannot be canceled or reversed once they are being processed.

If you made a redemption request by mistake or need to make a change, here’s what you can do:

  1. Check your redemption status in the Transaction Log under Account Settings.

    • If the request still shows as Pending, you may contact Pickem Support right away and we will do our best to stop the process.

    • If the request is already Processing or Completed, it cannot be canceled.

  2. Submit a new redemption request only once you are sure of the amount you want to redeem.
