Once a redemption request is submitted in Pickem, it usually begins processing immediately. Because of this, redemptions cannot be canceled or reversed once they are being processed.
If you made a redemption request by mistake or need to make a change, here’s what you can do:
Check your redemption status in the Transaction Log under Account Settings.
If the request still shows as Pending, you may contact Pickem Support right away and we will do our best to stop the process.
If the request is already Processing or Completed, it cannot be canceled.
Submit a new redemption request only once you are sure of the amount you want to redeem.
