FAQs
How can I access my Partner Analytics dashboard?
Go to the Analytics tab on the left-hand toolbar on your Reveal workspace:
You can see Revenue Potential and Win Rate signals directly on the Partner tiles found on the Partner Dashboard:
How are the calculations made?
Win Rate Boost: Measures the increase in your average win rate for new business with each partner’s customers.
Calculation:
The % closed won of all new business opportunities in my CRM where the account was a customer of my partner when the opportunity was closed.
If you see Insufficient Data, our system is not confident that the number of closed-won opportunities is meaningful. For example, if there is only one closed-won opportunity on Levenue's customers, our system is not confident that this data is reliable and meaningful. But if we had 50 closed-won opportunities on Levenue's customers we might be more confident that the Win Rate Boost is meaningful.
Deal Size Boost: Measures the increase in your average deal size for new business with each partner's customers.
Calculation:
The percentage difference between your average deal size and your average deal size with this partner
(deal size for partner - average deal size) * 100 / average deal size
How often is Partner Analytics recomputed?
Once a week over the weekend
How can I read the summary metrics?
The summary metrics show you the breakdown of your partner addressable revenue across all partners:
Partner addressable revenue: the total potential revenue across all partners
Lead gen: My partners’ customers that are not in my CRM. Revenue potential is based on the # of accounts * Win Rate * Deal Size
Source: My prospects with no open deal that are my partners' customers. Revenue potential is based on the # of accounts * Win Rate * Deal Size
Influence: My prospects with an open deal that are my partners' customers. Revenue potential is based on the # of accounts * Win Rate * Deal Size
Why don't I see numbers in the summary metrics section?
If you see '--': the computation is still ongoing
If you see '0': our system cannot calculate the metrics for CSV files, or for data sources that do not include opportunity data
