Tips for technical issues related to logging into your Acuity Insights account

If you are having difficulty signing in or receiving an “invalid password” message when resetting your password, you may be using the wrong page to sign in.

Please make sure that you are using this specific page to sign in to your Acuity Insights account.

If you are on that page and are still having trouble, here are some tips and tricks to help you access your Acuity Insights account:

  • Email addresses are case sensitive. You can refer to a previous email from us (e.g., a reservation confirmation or receipt) to remind you of which capital and lowercase letters you used when creating your account.

  • If you clicked the “Forgot your password?” link found on the login page, you will have 15 minutes to click on the automatic email sent to you in order to reset your password. Make sure to look for the email in your spam or junk mail folder just in case.

  • When resetting your password, use the most recent automatic email received as it will contain the only valid link.

If you believe that you are experiencing technical issues with the button in the automatic email, please copy and paste the entire link into your address bar.

Please note that if you no longer have access to the inbox for the email address you used when creating your Acuity Insights account or if you have not been able to find the automatic email sent after clicking the “Forgot your password?” link, please contact us via the chat bubble on the AcuityInsights.app website.
