Once you complete recording your video response, you cannot retake it unless you experience technical problems, and your response does not save correctly. We encourage you to complete the system requirements check, and to take the practice test. You will find both in your Acuity Insights account in advance of your test to prepare and become familiar with the test format so that you can enter into the test on your test day with confidence.
