You can reschedule your Casper exam (whether well before, just before, or even if you missed your test) as long as you have not accessed the test content, and there are still test dates available within the same admissions cycle.
How to reschedule your test:
Log in to your Acuity Insights account.
Go to the Test Reservations page.
Click Reschedule under your test date.
(Tip: If you don’t see the button, zoom out using Command/Ctrl + “–”)
Choose a new available test date and time.
Click Reschedule to confirm.
Fees and timeline:
Free rescheduling if done 31+ days before your scheduled exam.
A fee applies if you reschedule within 30 days or after your test date.
Fees are non-refundable.
⚠️ Special exceptions
If you had a technical or medical issue or are approved for a fee assistance program, contact support to request an exception.
No test dates available?
If no other test dates appear, the final testing date has passed for one or more of your selected programs (check our Dates and Fees page). A support agent will need to remove those programs so you can reschedule.
