Class List - This option serves as a centralized enrollment management menu. It serves as a toggle that allows you to switch between different views of a student's participation:
Current Classes: Displays the active classes the student is currently enrolled in, including details such as time, room, and tuition.
Enrollment History: Provides a chronological record of all past classes the student has taken.
Attendance History: Provides a detailed record of the student's attendance or absence across their various class meetings.
Details - Provides a comprehensive student profile covering personal demographics, academic history, and contact information. It also manages essential financial settings, including tuition calculation methods, student fees, and discount eligibility
Discounts - Use this option to view or assign any discounts that are specific to the student.
Groups - Allows for the organization of students into specific categories by assigning them to custom groups with unique descriptions. It features a management table where users can add new groups or search for existing assignments by student.
Messages - allows for direct communication via email or text, featuring a robust editor for composing and managing correspondence. For enhanced security, it is recommended to use the Uploaded Files library to share documents rather than standard attachments.
More - This section provides a flexible area for tracking specialized data, including Custom Fields, Skills, and assigned Materials. It allows users to upload files or link to external resources to share documents and resources directly with customers.
Notes -This dedicated area is used for recording and managing internal student-specific notes. It serves as a chronological log for staff to document important interactions, behavioral observations, or administrative reminders that are not captured in standard data fields.
Performances - Serves as a central hub for managing recital details, costume assignments, and student physical measurements. Within this area, users can track current costume statuses, record specific measurement data (such as bust, waist, and girth), and view a student’s recital performance schedule for the selected session.
