Class Information Screen - Overview
Once you have built your class schedule, you will be able to select a class and perform multiple functions from the Class Information screen. The class screen is divided into several sections. They are summarized below:
Class Students- Provides a centralized roster for managing student enrollment and status, including Enrollment History. - Here, you can view current and past enrollments for the class.
Details - Provides all the basic information about the class meeting.
Groups - Add enrolled students & accounts to groups.
Materials - Upload files or share links to your class materials so parents can access them through their parent login.
Messages: Easily email and/or text those enrolled in the class.
Notes - Enter any important notes that may relate to your class here.
Performances- Manage the two core components of a class's performance: Costumes and Recitals.
Requirements - Here you can add any requirements for the class. This can be helpful for staff members discussing a potential class with a parent or for parents registering online.
Transactions - Enter charges or credits for all of the active students enrolled in the class.
