If your Anvl app is stuck on the loading screen for longer than a few minutes, it likely means you need to clear the app's cache. NOTE: This only applies for users who are completing workflows on an Android device (ex. LG, Samsung, Google smartphones)
Clear Storage/Cache
Open device Settings, and select Apps.
Find Anvl, tap it, and select Storage.
Tap Clear cache and/or Clear storage to delete all cached data.
Repeat the process for other apps to continue clearing hidden app cache.
