If you’d like to cancel an order, please contact the store or business where you made your purchase. They’re the ones who process and manage your order.
When an order is cancelled:
The amount that was reserved on your Anyday credit will be released.
Your first installment and any order fee that was reserved will also be released back to your bank account.
Good to know
If the business hasn’t completed your order yet, your first installment was never actually charged—only reserved. That means there’s no refund to wait for; the reservation will simply disappear. You can check this by looking at your bank account on the date you placed the order. The reservation should no longer show there.
If the reservation still shows more than 24 hours after you’ve received a cancellation confirmation from us, please reach out. It may just be that your bank hasn’t processed the automatic release yet.
Cancelling part of an order
If you cancel only part of your order but keep the rest, the reservation linked to the cancelled items can’t be released right away. Instead, it will be released automatically within 7–28 days.
What if I want to change my order to a larger purchase?
If you change your mind and want to buy a more expensive item, you cannot simply add it to your existing Anyday order. Instead, you need to contact the webshop and ask them to cancel your current order.
Once the merchant cancels the order, your Anyday credit and the reservation for your first installment will be released automatically. This usually happens within a few minutes, but it can take up to 24 hours. As soon as the reservation is released, you are ready to place a brand new order for the higher amount.
