⚠️ Important: This will not affect your practice management software calendar or your Avaana booking. You can run the appointment with the claimant as usual.
Steps
Go to Bookings > Workcover Bookings from the left-hand menu.
Then click Add Booking in the top-right corner.Select the Patient, Practitioner, and Service information from the dropdown menu.
Time slots with an exclamation icon indicate a scheduling conflict (the practitioner is already booked in their practice management software).
You can still select one of these slots.When you click on a conflicted slot, you’ll see this message:
“This time slot is already booked. Would you like to proceed anyway?”Click ! Continue Anyway at the bottom to proceed.
The booking will be created and marked with a Possible Conflict tag in the Workcover Bookings page.
