Steps
⚠️ Important: If you select Add a Subsequent Booking before adding case notes, you’ll only be able to create one follow-up booking for that claimant.
Mark the Appointment as Attended & Schedule the Next Appointment
Go to Bookings > WorkCover Bookings in the left-hand menu.
Locate and click the relevant claimant and booking.A pop-up page will appear — click Attended.
Once the claimant is marked as attended, the following options will become available:
Add Case Note
Add Subsequent Booking
Click Add Subsequent Booking. You’ll be prompted to select the service type and choose a date and time.
Once completed, click Create Booking at the bottom of the page.
⚠️ Depending on your Practice Management Software or calendar, this will automatically show up on your system.
