You find the global course settings for Designer in Site administration > Plugins > Course formats > Designer Format > General settings and then in the tab Course.
There are two types of settings here:
Standard global settings โ These affect all course instances immediately. Displayed bold and include an explanation of the setting.
Default settings โ These apply only to instances created after the default is set. They can:
be marked as advanced, which hides them behind the โShow more...โ link in the instance settings.
be changed later at course level.

Course fields icons
For each configured course field you can add a unique icon. You can either type the icon directly in the text field or click the text field to open a modal window and select an icon. This icon is displayed next to the course field information when configured in the course header settings.
