Problem
Members are not being automatically enrolled in class instances even though they are selected for auto-enrolment.
Possible cause
Automatic enrolment happens when new class instances are created from the planning. If the desired members are not selected under Automatically enrol member, or the change was saved after the instances were already created, the enrolment will not happen retroactively.
Solution
Check that the desired members are selected under Automatically enrol member.
Save the changes.
Note that existing class instances are not updated retroactively — only new instances will use the updated setting.
