How does Bounce work?
Bounce is a worldwide luggage storage network with 32,000+ locations across 4,000+ cities. Book a spot in the Bounce app or on Bounce.com, drop off your bags at your chosen location, and pick them up when you need them. Every booking includes $10,000 bag protection and 24/7 customer support.
We offer three services:
Luggage Storage at trusted partner locations like cafés, hotels, and shops.
Lockers that you unlock with a QR code or PIN, available in select cities.
Delivery so you can send your bags ahead. Currently available in Japan and currently available in Portugal (Lisbon).
Is my luggage safe?
Yes. Every partner location is carefully vetted by our team and stores luggage in a secure, non-public area within their premises. Your bags are secured when you drop them off.

Do you have a location near me?
Most likely! Open the Bounce app or visit Bounce.com, enter your city or address, and you'll see nearby storage locations with their prices, hours, and reviews.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Most booking changes can be made directly from the Bookings section of the app.

Cancel your booking: See How to cancel a reservation. Refund eligibility depends on when you cancel. If you cancel more than 1 hour before your scheduled drop-off, you'll receive a refund to your original payment method or Bounce Credits. If you cancel within 1 hour of drop-off, you'll receive Bounce credits instead.
