Here are a few tips on resetting a password

If you've forgotten your password you will need to get a password reset email sent to the email you would normally log into Breathe with.

Here is how you would reset your password from the login screen:

If you've had a cup of coffee and the email still hasn't arrived there are a few further things to check:

  • Are you new? If you've not logged in via your welcome email, Breathe will not send out any emails to your email address. Your welcome email helps us verify it's you πŸ‘πŸ»

  • Are you using the email that's stored on your profile? Sometimes new members of staff are added to Breathe with a personal email address. Then your team assign you a new work email. Check the HR team if this is the case πŸ’‘

  • Are you a current employee? Only active employees can log in to Breathe. Check with your HR team
