Password reset email not received

An employee has reset their password and have not been sent a password reset email

If one of your people has forgotten their password they will require a new password reset email to be sent to them

When a password reset is sent it will need to be sent to the email address that is stored in their Breathe profile summary page in their profile.

This is their unique login ID.

If they enter a different email address or the email address stored in their Personal tab in their profile into the login page and request a password reset email the email will not be sent.

Please check the email address stored in their profile summary page and ask them to enter this into the login page and request a password reset email.
