If you have two people showing as one identity, you will need to split them in to two identities. Try the below steps;
Head to the "Settings" area of the desktop app
Select "Identities" from the "Alarms" section
Click on the identity that has two people connected and scroll down to "Image Management"
Select the image that needs to be separated into a new identity
Click "Reassign"
Select "New Visitor"
