Mass transferring poll content between semesters streamlines course setup, ensuring efficiency by saving instructors valuable time, maintaining consistency and preserving relevant engagement strategies.
To mass transfer polls, visit the Participation tab
Option 1: Transfer all of your polls at once
Start by selecting the square icon next to the search box.
Notice you'll be able to see the number of polls selected on the right corner of the list.
2. Once you're ready to share all of the polls, choose the course(s) you'd like to share the polls with
Make sure you deselect the current course; otherwise, the polls will be visible in the course where you are duplicating them.
3. Select the course(s) you want to share the polls
4. Click on 'Duplicate'
5. Select the 'Yes' option
💡Important: All duplicated polls will retain the same settings as the original polls, including poll type, points, duration, and poll options.
Option 2: Transfer polls based on tags
To transfer your polls using tags, use the funnel icon
Choose the 'By Tag' filter option
2. Select one of your custom-made tags
3. The Polls linked with the custom tag will appear on the screen
4. Choose the polls
5. Once you're ready to share all of the polls, choose the course(s) you'd like to share the polls with
Make sure you deselect the current course; otherwise, the polls will be visible in the course where you are duplicating them.
6. Select the course(s) you want to share the polls
7. Click on 'Duplicate'
8. Select the 'Yes' option
