What is the Account Creation Nudge?
The Account Creation Nudge is a small pop-up that appears when a new user visits your store, encouraging them to sign up for your loyalty program. It's designed to help you grow your customer base and increase engagement with your rewards system.
This pop-up only appears once per user. If they close it, it won't show up again. However, if you'd like to disable it completely, follow the steps below.
How to Disable the Account Creation Nudge
Open your Casa Loyalty App Dashboard.
In the left-side menu, click on Branding.
Scroll down to the Loyalty Nudges section.
You'll see three nudge options: Account Creation, Points Spending, and Reward Usage.
Click Setup on the Account Creation card.
In the theme editor that opens, toggle the nudge off.
The setting saves automatically, and the nudge will be disabled.
