Casa Loyalty's Points earning rules — including "Revenue Value," "Fixed Amount," and "Threshold" fields — only accept whole numbers. You cannot enter 0.1, 0.5, or any decimal value.
Why this limitation exists
Whole number constraints simplify calculations and prevent rounding errors across many transactions. Casa prioritizes accuracy over fractional inputs.
How to achieve fractional earning rates
If you want 1 JPY = 0.1 points (or any fractional earning rate), adjust the redemption value of points instead:
Keep your earning rule at 1 JPY = 1 point
Go to Program → Points → Redemption section
Set the point value so that 1 point = 10 JPY (or whatever multiplier matches your goal)
This makes points 10x more valuable, effectively giving the same outcome as 0.1 points per JPY
Example
Earning: 1 JPY = 1 point
Redemption: 1 point = 10 JPY discount
Result: A 100 JPY order earns 100 points, which redeems for 1,000 JPY value — equivalent to earning 0.1 points per 1 JPY with full redemption value
