When you are looking to charge a new customer that isn't an athlete in your system (let's say for a shirt or product), you can create an invoice under

'Admins' > 'Invoices' > 'Create an Invoice'

Click the option 'New Customer'

You'll be able to collect billing info at checkout or record a cash payment
