How to Check Estimate Status

Know when your customer's estimate has been delivered and viewed in Chariot

Updated today

Once a Lead's stage has been updated to "Estimate Sent", you can confirm that your customer has viewed the estimate.

Lead Details

On the Estimate tab, you can see the "Last viewed" status of the Estimate.

An estimate that has not been viewed yet by the customer will show as "Not Viewed" on the Estimate tab.


An estimate that has been viewed by the customer will show the last date/time they viewed the estimate.

Notification Settings

Configure your notification preferences in your Settings under the Notifications tab. To be notified once your customer has viewed the estimate you can enable either Email notifications, In-App notifications (the bell icon in Chariot), or both by setting the "Estimate Viewed" notification to "All". Each user can configure their own notification preferences within their Chariot settings.
