Build a segment

Combine attributes and conditions to define a reachable group of consumers.

A segment is a saved definition of a consumer group, built from attributes and conditions. The Audiences view shows your total consumers, how many are reachable (opted-in) and how many are active.

TO BUILD ONE

1. Choose an attribute — for example Submissions (30d).

2. Pick an operator — is at least.

3. Set a value — 5.

4. Add more conditions with AND, such as Region is one of Kano, Kaduna, Katsina.

WHAT YOU GET

Each saved segment shows its size, the channel you can reach it on, its growth trend and a plain-language description (for example "5+ submissions in last 30 days"). Examples already in the workspace include high-value repeat scanners, first-time scanners this week, and voucher-preferring consumers in the South-West.

Segments feed campaign targeting, broadcasts and exclusion rules.
