When will I get my points?
Immediately after completing the required behaviour with Chexy, you'll see in your dashboard that your checklist will be updated to reflect that you've completed that behaviour and that the points have been awarded by Chexy.
After Chexy has awarded the points, it will take up to 60 days for the points to be deposited into your Aeroplan account.
When are referral rewards or Aeroplan bonus points applied?
In both cases, rewards are only applied after a qualifying payment is marked as complete in our system.
What does "complete" mean?
A payment is considered complete once it reaches the final processing status based on the delivery method used:
e-Transfer → Status must be "Deposited"
PAD (Pre-Authorized Debit) → Status must be "Withdrawn"
Bill Pay → Status must be "Sent"
One-Time Payment → Status must be "Sent"
This applies to:
Referral Rewards — issued once the referred user's qualifying payment is complete
Aeroplan Milestone Bonuses — awarded after completing specific payment milestones tied to your Aeroplan offer
What if I don't see my reward yet? If the payment is still in progress or hasn't reached one of the statuses above, the reward won't be applied just yet — hang tight! Rewards are automatically applied within a few business days of the payment being completed. If it's been more than 5 business days since the payment was marked complete and you still don't see your points or reward, reach out to support and we'll be happy to help!
How do I check my Aeroplan Points balance?
Inside your Chexy account: Once your Aeroplan account is linked, you'll see your points progress on the Aeroplan page in your Chexy dashboard. This shows how many points you've earned through rent payments made via Chexy.
Inside your Aeroplan account: Your official Aeroplan Points balance — including points earned from Chexy and other partners — is available when you log in at aircanada.com/aeroplan.
