To stop future payments, you must pause or cancel your active subscription.
If It’s a Recurring Payment
To stop future charges:
Go to your Dashboard
Select the active subscription
Click Pause or Cancel
Confirm your action
Once paused or cancelled, no future charges will be initiated.
Important Timing Rules
If your payment is:
In a blackout period (within the 4-business-day window)
Already processing
It cannot be stopped.
You must wait until processing completes. Changes will apply to the next billing cycle.
If It’s a One-Time Payment
If the payment has already been sent through the banking network:
It cannot be reversed
It cannot be cancelled
If it has not yet been initiated, you may be able to cancel it from your dashboard.
