We require 4 business days between your successful rent payment to Chexy and your scheduled Rent Day in order to allow sufficient time for the funds to settle prior to being released to your landlord.

If you are attempting to set up payments, and it is defaulting to next month, that likely means that you have passed the available window to pay rent on your listed rent day this month.
