My Interac e-transfer expired, what now?

Interac e-Transfers sent through Chexy must be deposited within 7 days of being received to prevent expiration.

If your e-Transfer expired before being deposited, please contact our support team at support@chexy.co. We can assist with reissuing the payment, but please note:

  • Once we receive your request, we will work to reissue the transfer within 2–3 business days.

  • This may cause a delay, so please inform your payee that the payment will be resent and may take additional time to process.

To prevent this issue in the future, consider confirming that your payee has auto-deposit enabled, so funds are received automatically upon transfer.
