Manage Issues on the Mobile App
Now supervisors can tell you the information you need right from the mobile app. They simply click the Issue Filters on the Team Jobs home page and follow the steps.
Select the time card with the issue.
Clearly see the issues on the time card. Choose to Get Started.
Supervisors can add a Note and give the issues a thumbs down (unexcused) or thumbs up (excused.)
When finished they simply Submit the information.
Your Answers are right in the Timecard.
Admins can see what the supervisors wrote. They can add their own Notes and override the thumbs down (unexcused) or thumbs up (excused).
Supervisors should do this every day. We hope this saves you both time!
