Our infraction tracking system helps you maintain compliance by documenting all time card changes and related issues. Each infraction is categorized by severity (red or yellow) and impacts employee performance evaluations.
Infraction Management
Those red and yellow issues will eventually go against an employee's performance rating.
Make notes, get quick links to resolve issues, and excuse them or keep them unexcused (ππΎππΎ).
Admin Infraction Management
Admins can comment on individual time card infractions (both red and yellow.)
Choose to excuse or not excuse the infraction
Add your own note per infraction
Get tips with hyperlinks on how to resolve the issue
Supervisor Infraction Management
Additionally, supervisors can manage infractions from the mobile app. They can add notes and approve/deny time card issues directly through the mobile app, eliminating back-and-forth communication during payroll processing. Administrators can view these notes and decisions right in the time cards.
