The Time screen is your all-in-one virtual assistant that highlights issues, displays weekly hours and dollars by employee and job, and gives you a 20,000-foot view of your workforce.

The Time Screen Essential Elements

Indicator Tiles: Your Action Items at a Glance

Your virtual assistant is here! The Time screen's Indicator Tiles automatically flag issues in red and yellow, making problems easy to spot. Simply click any tile to review issues, edit time cards, and resolve problems.

For example, you would click into "Pending Travel Time" to approve Sarah's travel time.

Hours by Employee

Use the Employee toggle to see daily hours by employee for the week and pay period. We break out the weekly hours by total, regular, overtime, travel, and PTO. If you use schedules, the daily cells will show actual (top) and scheduled (bottom) times. With schedules, you can also see projected weekly and period totals.

We make overtime easy to see - it's in red.

Hours by Job

Toggle to Job and see daily hours by job for the week and pay period, along with the same info as by employee, including overtime (very cool). Additionally, if your job name has a down arrow next to it, click it to see the employees who work that job and their hours.

Projected Overtime

See projected overtime. Johnny's worked hours + scheduled hours will put him into OT this week.

Labor Hours Worked vs. Scheduled

See hours worked compared to the plan (the schedules). Jane was scheduled for 39 hours but worked 40 hours 42 minutes instead. Her time on Friday put her into overtime.

Labor Dollars by Employee

Click on the $ sign to toggle to view the week and pay period by labor dollars instead of hours. See the daily, weekly, and pay period actual (top) v. the planned/scheduled (bottom) labor dollars. As with the hours, labor dollars are broken out by total, regular, overtime, travel, and PTO.

Labor Dollars by Job

Toggle to Job and see all of the same info by job.

Total Labor Dollars by Employee

Scroll to the bottom of the Time screen to see daily, weekly, and pay period totals for all employees.

Total Labor Dollars by Job

Manage with confidence from the Time screen.

From the Time screen, you also Prepare Payroll Hours.
