Setup
Go to the page Payout in your Cirro profile to set up your payout data. You can reach this page if you click on the Account drop-down and then select Account & Payout Settings.
Click on the Payouts tab.
Click on the Add Payout Method button.
Adding the Payout Method consists of two steps: The first one is the General Information step, and the second one is selecting the Payout Method.
In the General Information step, you will need to add the information about yourself, such as First and Last name, Email, Country, and Address, and make sure that the entered info is valid and correct. When you finish adding the required info, you can proceed to the next step by clicking on the Next button.
In the second step, you will need to select the Payout Method. You can choose between Bank Transfer and PayPal.
For Bank Transfer, you will need to add the Routing Number, Account Number, and Name of the Account Holder (the name should match the name provided in the General Information step).
On the other hand, if you select the PayPal payment method, you will just need to add the email address of your PayPal account.
When you finish adding the required info for the selected payment method, you can add and activate it by clicking the Add and Activate button. At the end, you should see the confirmation screen, which you can dismiss by clicking on the Done button.
Tips for setting your PayPal to receive payments from Test IO
To use PayPal as a payout option, your PayPal account must be ready to receive payments from businesses.
Before selecting PayPal
Find your country in PayPal's documentation and make sure you can receive payments (might be outdated).
Find your country on PayPal's site and check all information on the local website.
Research the current situation online.
For seamless transactions via PayPal
Visit the settings in your PayPal account and make sure you can receive payments not only via your website.
Visit the settings in your PayPal account and make sure you accept transaction fees. If you don't accept transaction fees automatically, PayPal will send you an email for each incoming payment. If you fail to accept the payment request within 30 days, the transaction will be canceled.
Bank Transfer Solutions
The Wire Transfer now only requires you to provide a receiving bank account number (USD or your local currency) and Routing Number. Some countries are not eligible for receiving payments to your local bank accounts, so you need intermediary services such as:

Test IO Tips on making the easiest transition to a new payout system:
Before you request your next payment, make sure that you visit this link and fill in the Payment Settings page (even if you previously added Payoneer as your preferred payment method).
Furthermore, if you don't have a Payoneer (Wise, PingPong, or Revolut) account, we advise you to get one as soon as possible.
The best practice is to register and verify your account before you plan to request your payout.
An additional tip from our side is to have a USD-receiving account.
Please fill in the W8 or W9 form. These forms represent the statements that you will pay the taxes in your country. For more help in filling in these forms, please visit this link.
From time to time, the payment provider Trolley might request you to upload/verify your information. In such cases, you will receive an email from Trolley asking for data and the email will contain a link where you should upload your data. Please, be attentive to your Spam folder and provide your data in a timely manner to avoid any payment delay.
