Understanding a champion’s experience will drive process improvements. Each champion receives a request after their volunteering task to reflect on their experience. There are multiple ways for champions to express their feelings after an activity; they can submit a visual reaction (choosing on an emoji spectrum - from very upset frowning faces to very happy smiling faces - shown below) and/or can free-write a written reflection.

If given, visual ratings will be present in the last column under the visual reaction icon of a champion's record on the activity log. For example, this champion had an excellent experience doing their activity:

If given, written reflections are represented under the comment icon column next to the visual reaction icon on the activity log. To view the written reflection, click on the icon. Click on the reflection box to exit the reflection pop-up.
