The school time feature that you see on the booking form is so that your payroll report is accurate.

You are welcome to change this time via your settings to reflect the time that you wish your teacher to arrive at school, however in the payroll summary the total hours will reflect this change.

An alternative idea is to put the time that you wish the teacher to arrive in the notes section of the booking.
