The Delivery page is where you manage your pickup and delivery operations. Create pickups, assign drivers, track the day’s routes and review completed journeys.
Find it in the sidebar. It has three tabs: Orders, Scheduled and Driver History.
Orders
The Orders tab shows every pickup and delivery for the selected day.
Find the jobs you need
Route: pick a route from the dropdown, or leave it on All Routes.
Date: pick a day. The list refreshes automatically.
Filter and search: use Filter for things like late orders, or search by customer or order.
The daily summary
The bar at the top shows the day at a glance:
Pickups: completed out of total, like 7/13.
Deliveries: completed out of total, like 5/6.
Bags and Pieces: total counts.
Late: jobs past their time slot.
Reschedule: jobs that need a new time.
List view
List view shows each job in a table with the order ID, customer, address, route, bags, pieces, summary, status, type (pickup or delivery), time slot and driver. Use the pencil icon to edit an order. Use the stage button on the row, like Cleaned, to move the order to its next step. Use the page controls at the bottom to change how many rows you see.
Assign a driver or take bulk actions
Select the orders, or select the checkbox at the top to choose all.
Choose an action:
Assign driver: pick the driver for these orders.
Print receipts and tags: choose how many to print.
Print manifest: print a list of the selected orders.
Message customers: send a message to the selected customers. It’s useful if, for example, a van breaks down.
Move an order through its stages
You can mark an order as picked up, detailed, cleaned or delivered from this page. We recommend marking pickups and deliveries in the driver app, which is quicker for drivers, but you can do it here when you need to.
Map view
Select Map to see your jobs on an interactive map. Picked up and delivered jobs and each route show in their own color, and you can see where your drivers are and when they were last seen.
To select several orders on the map, click them one by one, or use the circle or polygon tool to draw around them. A polygon is any closed shape. You then see how many orders you’ve selected, and you can use the same bulk actions as in list view.
Create a pickup
Select New Pickup.
Search for and select the customer.
Choose the pickup day from the date strip at the top, then choose a time slot.
Choose the delivery day and time. A lightning bolt marks an express slot.
Optional: change the price list, override the delivery fee (as a fixed amount or percentage), add a tip or add a note.
Select Submit.
Make sure the customer has an address and a route first, so the right time slots appear. To set your own time instead, select Custom.
Uber or your own drivers
Some time slots show an Uber logo with a starting price, like “From $7.00”. These slots are fulfilled by Uber. Slots without the logo are pickups and deliveries by your own drivers. Uber is currently available in the US and Canada only.
Scheduled
The Scheduled tab shows every repeat pickup and delivery. These schedules create future orders for you, so you don’t have to book them each time.
Each row shows the customer, frequency, day, time, next pickup date, route and type. Filter by route or day, or search for a customer.
Create a repeat schedule
Select New Schedule.
Search for and select the customer.
Choose the next pickup date and time slot.
Choose the delivery. For example, set the delivery to a set number of days after pickup.
Choose the number of pickups: Until Cancelled (the most common) or a set number, like four.
Choose the frequency, like weekly or every two, three or four weeks.
Optional: set a Repeat Tip as a dollar amount or percentage.
Optional: Copy Order From Previous Order. The default is No, because most customers have a different amount each week. Choose Yes if the customer always sends the same items, like 100 towels, or pick a specific order.
Choose the Type:
Auto create order 24 hours before: the default.
Auto create, with an SMS to opt out: the order is created, but the customer can reply to skip that week. The schedule stays active.
SMS confirmation required: the order is only created if the customer replies yes. Choose how many days in advance to send the SMS, from 1 to 6.
Select Create schedule.
Edit or delete a schedule
Use the pencil icon to edit or the bin icon to delete. Future orders follow the new settings.
Driver History
The Driver History tab shows where your drivers traveled on an interactive map. Use it to review routes, confirm driver locations, look into delivery questions and see how efficient routes were.
Open Driver History.
Choose a driver from the dropdown, or leave it on All Drivers.
Select a day to see their orders and timeline.
Hover over an order to see its type (pickup or delivery), address, time slot and when it was completed.
The van icon shows a driver’s live location and when it was last updated.
