Go to More > Settings > Store Settings > Pickup and Delivery > Repeat Pickups to configure recurring pickups and discounts for regular customers.
Repeat Pickups
Enable Repeat Pickups: Toggle on to let customers set up recurring pickups on a repeating schedule.
Repeat Pickups Price List: Select Same as Normal Pickups, or a different price list for repeat orders.
Default Repeat Pickup Flow: Select how each repeat order is created:
Auto-Create Order 24 Hours Before: The order is created automatically ahead of the scheduled pickup.
Auto-Create, But Customer Sent SMS Allowing Opt-Out: The order is created automatically, and the customer is texted with the option to cancel it.
Send SMS to Customer Requiring Confirmation: The customer must confirm by SMS before the order is created. This option requires a custom phone number.
Discount Scheme
Discount Scheme for Repeat Pickup Orders: Toggle on to offer an incentive for customers to book regularly.
Discount: Enter the percentage discount that applies to all repeat pickup orders.
Additional Discount: Enter a percentage discount that kicks in after a set number of repeat orders.
Stop Discounts After: Select the number of orders after which discounts no longer apply, or Not Applicable to keep discounting indefinitely.
Example: You could set a 10% discount on all repeat orders, increase it to 20% after a customer's 5th order, then stop discounting after their 10th order. Customers see a clear breakdown of the discount when booking through the app or website.
