Access is granted only to active members
Suspended or cancelled members are automatically blocked
Attendance data is tracked and can be reported as needed
Setup is tailored to your facility — including 24/7 access, time-based entry, or multi-area control
The integration typically involves a one-time setup fee and a modest ongoing monthly cost for system synchronization.
We will provide InnerTelligence with your API credentials, and their team will assist you with the setup process.

Set up your InnerTelligence access control integration
Navigate to Settings → Access Control.
Click Submit under the InnerTelligence option.
If you don’t see the InnerTelligence option, please contact us at support@clubworx.com, and we’ll enable the feature for you.
Clubworx will then provide the necessary API credentials to InnerTelligence, who will assist you with the setup process.
Update InnerTelligence credential details for members
Go to the member’s profile → Access Control.
Enter the credential number and configure the desired access settings.
