You will learn how to:
Enable DoorGuard24 in App Settings
To allow members to access your facility via the mobile app:
Go to Settings
Select Mobile App
Click Features
Locate Access Control (via DoorGuard24)
Toggle this feature On
Click Update Feature Settings
Update InnerTelligence Credentials for Members
Each member must have valid access credentials configured:
Open the member’s profile
Navigate to Access Control
Enter the member’s credential number
Configure the appropriate access settings
Bulk updates:
If you need to assign credentials to multiple members at once, please contact Support at support@clubworx.com for assistance.
Enable or Disable DoorGuard24 Access for a Member
You can control access on an individual basis:
Open the member’s profile
Go to Mobile App settings
Toggle Access Control (via DoorGuard24) On or Off as required
What Members See in the App
Once logged into the mobile app:
Members can tap on ID Card
They will see their digital access card
When selecting Show Available Doors:
A list of doors will appear when the member is within 100 metres of a door
Members can tap Open Door to gain access
