Clubworx is excited to unleash Roll Call for your classes! Roll Call is an awesome new tool that allows you and your trainers to check your members in, mark them absent, remove them from the class list at class time. The Roll Call view shows you relevant information like number of attendances, membership details, next payment is – it will even flag you if it’s their birthday! Roll Call is mobile friendly and works perfectly if you're using a tablet or smart phone.

This tool not only let's you see a lot more information about your students, you can take actions from this page too. Changing payments, or promoting students on the fly if you need. Over time we'll be adding more and more actions that you can take from this page.

It's a bit like Class Kiosk? Not really! There are some big differences between Roll Call and Class Kiosk. The main one is that Class Kiosk is designed to allow students to check themselves in. Roll call is a trainer/instructor facing feature, so has more detailed information and more actions you can take from the page.
