Holidays coming up? You can now delete all events between two dates!
Head to Reports then the Attendance tab to find the Bulk-delete Events item:
After this, you will be taken to the Bulk-delete Events page where you will be able to filter by date, or other event data. When you've set your filters, you can either use the top box to select all, or choose events individually:
Once you're ready to delete the events, click Delete selected:
This will bring up a modal where you can add a reason for your change, and choose where the event deletion summary will be sent. Click the Delete Events Now button to finalise your choices:
You will then get this confirmation modal, where you just need to click Ok:
Once the system has completed the deletion you will receive an email letting you know if the deletion was successful, or if there were any errors.
Please note that this feature is only available for businesses that are on the newer "Calendar Foundations" feature. If your account was created between 2017 - 2022 and you are still looking for this option, please get in touch with our support team who can help you transition across to the new calendar for free.
