If your CoachRx subscription payment goes unpaid for 7 days after the due date, your subscription will be automatically cancelled.
For example:
If your payment was due June 24, 2025 and remained unpaid, the system would auto-cancel your subscription on July 1, 2025.
When a subscription is auto-cancelled:
All clients are automatically archived to stop their billing.
Access to subscription features is removed until payment is restored.
How to Avoid Auto-Cancellation
Ensure payment is processed on or before your due date.
Keep your payment method up to date in your account settings.
If you anticipate a payment issue, resolve it before the 7-day grace period ends or reach out to us directly at coachrxsupport@opexfit.com at least 48 business hours before the grace period lapses.
